Matt Wesley joined Baum Development in 2006. As a project manager, Matt is involved with architectural planning, construction, operations, LEED consulting, and tenant relations.

Prior to joining Baum, Matt worked at Kaiser Gutheim Partnership, Inc., a residential design/build architecture firm, and at VOA Associates, specializing in healthcare architecture. During this time, Matt gained a firm understanding of design and building practices on varying projects types that he now translates to project management.

Matt received a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Miami University (Ohio). He also received an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University. Matt has a strong interest in sustainable design and construction and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Matt is active in his community as a board member of the Southport Neighbors Association.
